Today, we’re sharing a truly heartwarming story from our own Jenny Kuhnert and one of our dear clients, Robert.
Robert recently found himself in the hospital with no one local to help him navigate the maze of senior living options. Jenny stepped right in—she visited Robert in the hospital, listened carefully to his needs and wishes, and found the perfect senior living community for him. Because Robert couldn’t tour the place in person, Jenny didn’t just stop there. She went to the community herself, took a virtual tour of his future room, and brought that video back so Robert could see exactly where he’d be living. He was absolutely thrilled and ready to move forward!
Jenny handled every detail from there—she took care of the paperwork, arranged for financial assistance through the VA, and personally delivered the key to Robert’s new apartment. She even welcomed him on move-in day, introducing him to neighbors and making sure he felt right at home.
In Robert’s own words, Jenny “saved his life”—he couldn’t imagine what he would have done without her guidance.
